John Charles Wustman

In loving memory of John Charles Wustman of Urbana, Illinois, who departed this world on April 16, 2026 at the age of 95. John leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Murchie; his parents, Charles Wustman and Julia Wustman (Ozinga); and his siblings, James Wustman, Phyllis Krol and Julius "Skip" Wustman.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Ashworth of Champaign and Charles Wustman (MaryAnn Lawrence) of Stonington, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Megan Shafer (Robert), John Wustman II (Lauren) and Hugo Wustman; and his brothers, David Wustman of Michigan, Arnold Tillema of Michigan, Robert Tillema of Michigan and Donald Tillema of Michigan. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hessel Park Church (700 W Kirby Ave, Champaign, IL 61820).
