He is survived by : his wife Ann; his children, Carlton Pelzer (Suzanne) of Virginia, John Torres of Arlington, Richard Torres of New Brunswick, David Torres (Jennifer) of Burlington, Deborah Moore (Boris) of Roselle Park and Melissa Torres; and his siblings, Darrell O'Neal of Jersey City, Michael O'Neal of Jersey City, David Ramsey of Jersey City, Jeffrey O'Neal of Pennsylvania and Edythe Thomas of Jersey City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gleason Funeral Home of North Brunswick (555 Georges Rd, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 20th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
