He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin McElligott and Anne McElligott (Maureen Sigley); his sons, Timothy and Justin Jr.; and his sister Anne Gale.
He is survived by: his daughter Madge McElligott of Byram Township, NJ; and his pet Barron.
