He was predeceased by : his parents, Almon Carson and Margaret Carson; and his siblings, Donna Joy Wright and Sammie Carson. He is survived by : his wife Ginny Carson; his children, Kerri Kent (Jay), Missy McCurry (John) and Amy Decker (Tim); his grandchildren, Ryan Kent, Brady McCurry (Riley Faris), Lacey McCurry, Lindsey McCurry, Bryn Decker, Alora Decker, Chance Decker, Dawson Decker and Catherine Greenwood (Robbie); his sister Sandra Shedeck (Marty); and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Witherell and Judy Higginbottom (Dave). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Montgomery & Steward Funeral Chapel (1317 N Main St, Pueblo, CO 81003).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Pueblo County 4-H Foundation.
