He was predeceased by : his father Wesley Wolever; his wife Melisa Wolever; his daughter Melaine Wolever; and his brother Rick Wolever. He is survived by : his mother Lois Wolever (Dillon); his sons, John Wolever (Alana) of Sidney, NE, Mike Wolever (Kay) of Juniata, NE, Ben Wolever (Kim) of Malvern, AR and Sam Wolever Jr. of Fleming; his grandchildren, Cheyenne (Joshua Loney) of Sterling, Faith, Mason of Sterling, CO, Tymberlie of Sidney, NE, Brady, Macie and Dakota of Juniata, NE.; his brothers, David (Lisa Wolever) of Sterling, CO and Tim (Pat Wolever) of Sterling, CO; and his great grandchildren, Ruby and Amara.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chaney-Reager Funeral Home and Crematory (443 S 2nd St, Sterling, CO 80751). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Prairie Home Baptist Church (3130 US-6, Haxtun, CO 80731). The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, January 9th 2024 at the Fleming Cemetery (38189 Co Rd 36, Fleming, CO 80728). A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 9th 2024 at the same location.
