With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Stuart of Hasty, Colorado, who passed away on January 7, 2024 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Stuart to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Pete Roberts and Mary Roberts; and her sister JoAnn Rich. She is survived by : her children, James Thayer, Jr. of Las Animas, Sandra Kim Reeves of Olney Springs, Michael Scott Ham of Westcliffe and Jeffrey Lee Ham of Denver; and her husband Cliff Stuart. She is also survived by her children, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great- great-grandchild.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hasty Friends Community Church (305 W Central Ave, Hasty, CO 81044).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lamar City Animal Shelter, 8551 County Rd. EE.5, Lamar, CO 81052 , a cause Shirley felt strongly about.
