She was predeceased by : her parents, Bessie Nachazel and Edward Kaplan; her husband Ernest I. Light; and her siblings, Laverne Edward Kaplan, Mildred Louis Kaplan and Merle Joseph Kaplan.
She is survived by : her children, Christy Dorchuck (Jordan) of Parker, Colorado, Bill Light of Centennial, Colorado, David Light of Terra Alta and Sam Light (Jessie) of Broomfield; her grandchildren, Matthew, Danny, Ellie and Sam Dorchuck; her children, Charlie, Gus, Daisy, Walden Light, Carly, Joey Light, Chancellor and Hannah Light; and her great grandchildren, Theodore and Henry Light.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Horan & McConaty (5303 E County Line Rd, Centennial, CO 80122). A rosary will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Ave Maria Catholic Church (9056 E Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80138). A funeral mass will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ave Maria Catholic Parish (9056 E Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80138). A reception will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Ave Maria Catholic Church (9056 E Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80138).
