He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Herman Starks and Marie Ann Cortney; his wife Virginia Marie Sittler (Ginger); and his siblings, Kevin Starks and Mae Starks.
He is survived by : his children, Courtney Starks (Joe Jez) and James Starks; his granddaughter Kayleigh Jez; and his siblings, Michael Starks, Roy Starks, Bob Starks, Joan Bumpus (John) and Margo Hayes (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (38044 Co Rd 16, Roggen, CO 80652). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the American Legion (595 Railroad Ave, Keenesburg, CO 80643).
