He was predeceased by : his parents, William Starr and Bettie Nelson (Flock); and his daughter Tiffany Starr. He is survived by : his wife Becky Nelson of Salida; and his son Timmy Nelson of Salida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church.
