He is survived by : his daughter Lara Polniak of Pueblo; and his siblings, Beverly Hamilton (Gordon), Patty Graves, Joyce Hawley (David), Frank Polniak (Kris), Yvonne Padilla (Joe) and Anna Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
