He was predeceased by : his parents, Glen Ranford Sipes and Pearl McPherson Sipes; his wife Pat; and his brother Carl Sipes. He is survived by : his sister Betty McHodgkins (Jim); his children, Beverly Roecker (James) of Bellevue, WA, Richard Sipes (Kathy) of Grand Junction, CO and Kelly Sipes (Nancy) of Holton, KS; and his grandchildren, John Roecker, Alana Katt (John), Heather Sipes, Rebecca Harp (Tom), Richard Sipes (Suzie), Jennifer Jones, Jillian Quinonez (Jovan), Tamera Kovach, Shyanne Morosini, Alexa Brambila-Sipes, Joshua Sipes and Hannah Young (Simon).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Imperial Memorial Gardens (5450 CO-78, Pueblo, CO 81005). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Vineland Methodist Church (1587 36th Ln, Pueblo, CO 81006).
