With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Lee Wingate Sr. of Evergreen, Colorado, born in Pitkin, Louisiana, who passed away on February 15, 2024 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Lee Wingate Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernie Wingate and Evelene Wingate. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Teer Wingate; his children, John Lee Wingate Jr., Daniel Blake Wingate (Sunni Wingate) and Melinda Wingate Tolentino (John Thomas Tolentino); his grandchildren, Savanah, John Blake, Summer and Hunter; and his siblings, Judy Cloud Wingate and Robbie Wingate (Judi Ann Wingate).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 24th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Ascent Church (29823 Troutdale Scenic Dr, Evergreen, CO 80439). A reception will be held on Saturday, February 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM and from 12:15 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (26624 N Turkey Creek Rd, Evergreen, CO 80439).
