With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Chavez of Firestone, Colorado, born in Hamlin, Texas, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Norberta R. Vasquez and Martin Vasquez; and her husband Henry Chavez. She is survived by : her sons, Paul Chavez of Commerce City, Ralph Chavez of Northglenn, Anthony Chavez Jr. of Thornton and Daniel Chavez (Elizabeth) of Firestone; and her siblings, Marshall, Manuela and Julia. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 29th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. William Catholic Church (1025 Fulton Ave, Fort Lupton, CO 80621). A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 29th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A mass of christian burial will be held on Thursday, February 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 29th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (Co Rd 12, Fort Lupton, CO 80621). A reception will be held on Thursday, February 29th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the St. Williams Parish Hall (1025 Fulton Ave, Fort Lupton, CO 80621).
