He was predeceased by : his parents, Billie Nelson and Patricia Worley Nelson. He is survived by : his children, Douglas Sherman of Sheridan, Dawnette, Salome of Sac City and Phillip of Fort Collins, Colorado.; and his brothers, Nyle (Linda), Byron Nelson (Jane) of Gillette and John Nelson (Deanna) of Douglas. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Family Life Church (480 WY-50, Gillette, WY 82718).
