He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Wagner and Kathryn Wagner (Boden); and his siblings, Kenneth Wagner and Cathy Sue Wagner-Renner. He is survived by : his siblings, Eugene Wagner of Coolidge and Joyce DeBuysere (Mike) of Marion, Texas; his niece April; and his nephew Scott.
