He was predeceased by : his parents, Steven Mahaffey Smalley and Zelda Smalley (Sandefur); his siblings, Clarence, Jean, Lois, Sharon and Mike; and his daughter-in-law Jeanne.
He is survived by : his wife Jewel. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, along with a group of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Aspen Mortuaries (6370 Union St, Arvada, CO 80004).
