It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celia Dolores Berkowitz (Aurora, Colorado), who passed away on February 24, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by : her significant other Mark; her sons, David and Daniel; her daughter-in-law Stacey; her granddaughters, Saige, Skye and Aliyah; her great grandchild Aiko; and her pets, Bailey and Rita Mae.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Nebo Cemetery (11701 E 13th Ave, Aurora, CO 80010). A shiva will be held on Thursday, February 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Home of Celia Berkowitz (3665 Lee St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033).
Instead of flowers, the family asks donations be made in Celia's name to National Jewish Hospital (https://donate.nationaljewish.org), or the Jewish Agency for Israel North American Council.
