It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond Gerk (Holyoke, Colorado), born in Ovid, Colorado, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Pete Gerk and Lena Gerk (Shank); and his siblings, Delores Schultz, Judy Grahl, Robert Gerk and Jim Gerk.
He is survived by : his daughters, Shelley Heinrich, Shannon Charlton and Shyla Buckner; his step-children, Jared White and Tessa Bivins; and his sisters-in-law, Elaine Gerk and Carolyn Gerk.
A rosary will be held on Friday, March 8th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (541 S Interocean Ave, Holyoke, CO 80734). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 519 S. Interocean Ave, Holyoke, Co, 80734 or Regent Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 816 S Interocean Avenue, Holyoke, Co. 80734 in his honor and for the care of Bailey, the loyal and trusted yellow labrador.
