It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tin Thi Phan (Wheat Ridge, Colorado), who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Tin Thi had on those they encountered along their journey. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Denver Mortuary Chapel (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A vigil service will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Queen of Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church (4695 N Harlan St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033).
