He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Ruybal and Rubistina Ruybal (Dupont); his wife Francis Lucia Ruybal; and his siblings, Lee Dupont, Freddie Ruybal, Leona Lucero, Pauline Duran, Lawrence Ruybal, Robert Ruybal and Margaret Lujan.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Medina (John), Laura Cordova (Robert Taylor), Judith Ruybal and AJ Ruybal (Milecel); his grandchildren, Ashley Medina, Jonathan Medina, Brandy Medina, Jacob Medina, Caitlin Cordova and Jeremy Cordova; his sister Anne Stewart; and his nephew Joe Duran. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (1225 Lake Plaza Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80906).
