He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Luke and Gladys Luke; and his grandson Philip Dale Winchell. He is survived by: his wife Frances Luke; his children, Denise Winchell (Kent Winchell) of Colorado Springs, CO, Gayle Smith (Trey Smith) of Pearland, Texas and David Luke (Georgia Luke) of Pearland, Texas; his grandchildren, Michelle Winchell of Colorado Springs, CO, Jared Smith (Rita Smith) of Pearland, Cameron Smith (Michelle Smith) of Fresno, Stephen Winchell of Colorado Springs, CO and Alex Luke of Pearland, Texas.; and his great grandchild Hazel Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Colorado Freedom Church (6862 Galley Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80915).
