It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Ortega (Pueblo, Colorado), who passed away on May 6, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isidro Ortega and Ramona Ortega. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Rita" Ortega; his children, Elizabeth Ortega, Alfonso Ortega, Gabriella Ortega, Luis Ortega Jr. (Samantha), Lydia Gonzalez (Bonifacio) and Lorenzo Ortega; his grandchildren, Fantasia, Emiliano, Sergio, Sebastian, Silvano, Santiago, Savino and Silas; and his siblings, Manuel Ortega, Rosa Ortega and Cruz Ortega. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Romero Family Funeral Home (110 Cleveland St, Pueblo, CO 81004).
