Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jerry Lee leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his daughters, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Karen and Melanie. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
