She was predeceased by: her parents, John Owen and Shirley Ann Blizzard, Sr. (Hauser); and her siblings, John Blizzard, Jr., Kathy Storey and Connie Maxwell.
She is survived by: her significant other James Head; her children, John Wilson of Dansville, NY, Jeremy Spence of Tulsa, OK and Toni Powers of Springdale, AR; and her siblings, Scott Blizzard of Foyil, OK, Kristi O'Neal of Foyil, OK and Lana Nelson of Salina, OK. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
