Ada Pendarvis

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ada Pendarvis of Canon City, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2025 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ada Pendarvis to pay them a last tribute.
As Ada departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ada may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ada leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Schulze and Thelma Schulze; her husband Robert H. Pendarvis; her sister Leotus Seybold; and her great grandchild Michael West.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Koch (Lynn), Marsha Wilcox (Tom) and Carolyn Letofsky (Jeff). She is also survived by her children, eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holt Chapel of the Garden (806 Macon Ave, Cañon City, CO 81212). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (790 Greydene Ave, Cañon City, CO 81212).
