He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Hernandez and Jesus Hernandez. He is survived by: his former wife Martha Hernandez; his children, Natalie Hernandez-Johnson (Dwyanne Jr), Renee Madrid (Fred), John Hernandez (Mindie), Michelle Washington (Fredrick), Carla Green (Scott), Reyes Hernandez (Jessica) and Rick Hernandez; his grandchildren, Dominique, Santiago, Dwyanne III, Matthew, Christopher, Joshua, Jenesis, Jozlyn, Hope, Luke, Marissa, Contessa, Tia, Ynessa, Danessa, Alyssa, Britney, Gabriel, Emiliano and Taylor; and his brothers, Jess Hernandez and Victor Albo. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Romero Family Funeral Home (110 Cleveland St, Pueblo, CO 81004). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1145 S Aspen Rd, Pueblo, CO 81006).
