He is survived by: his wife Connie Scogland of Longmont, CO; his sister Quen Martin (Bill Martin); his granddaughter Tess of Boston, MA; his sisters-in-law, Janice Brugman of Solon, IA, Beverly Brugman of Prescott, AZ, Elizabeth Brugman, Sheila Brugman of Mesa, AZ and Patricia Williams of San Jose, CA; and his stepdaughter Angela (Philip) of Longmont, CO..
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Howe Mortuary Chapel (439 Coffman St, Longmont, CO 80501). A reception will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Johns name to the Buff Club Scholarship Donor Program, and Tru Community Care.
