He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Hartley and Marilyn Hartley; and his brother-in-law Brian Smith. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hartley; his children, Ali Hartley (Mike), Jacob Hartley (Autumn) and Andrew Hartley (Seri); and his siblings, Colleen Smith, Jennifer Infante (Alvino), Casey Macias (Robert) and Sean Hartley (Sara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saints Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church (3900 Pierce St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration in DJ's memory.
