It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Ewen Wells Jr. (Cedaredge, Colorado), who passed away on May 21, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Wells; and his stepmother Vi Wells. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Ronald Wells, Leanne Wells and William Wells (Kerry); his grandchildren, Christopher Wells, Sarah Wells (Ryan Kuster), Jeremy Powell, Natalie Powell, Courtney Powell, Olivia Powell, Tony Alonso, Alicia Alonso, Madison Alonso and Easton Wilson; his great grandchild Elleena Alonso; and his siblings, Linda Wright (Rick), Debbie Birely, Carl Wells (Janice), Fred Wells and Larry Wells. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grand Mesa Baptist Church (110 SE Jay Ave, Cedaredge, CO 81413). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado (2830 Riverside Pkwy, Grand Junction, CO 81501).
