He was predeceased by: his father William Lewis Codd. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Floyde of Montrose and Dana (LuAnn) of Long Valley; his grandchildren, Samantha and Nicholas; and his great grandchild Logan.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Crippin Funeral Home (802 E Main St, Montrose, CO 81401).
