He is survived by: his parents, Pedro Baltazar Pedro and Maria Francisco Lucas; his sister Juana Baltazar Francisco (Tomas Juan) of Georgia; his sibling's children, Jesus Manual, Arely Manual and Adiel Manuel; and his grandparents, Maria Lucas of Alamosa, Mateo Baltazar of Guatemala, Juana Pedro and Juan Francisco. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of extended family.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (715 Fourth St, Alamosa, CO 81101). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Alamosa Cemetery (2200 State Ave, Alamosa, CO 81101). A reception will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (715 Fourth St, Alamosa, CO 81101).
