He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Freehling (Makowski) and Peter Freehling; and his brother Richard Peter Freehling. He is survived by: his nephew Richard Owen Freehling (Tiffany). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Horan & McConaty Funeral Home (3101 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80227). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fort Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236).
