She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Woods and Adelaide Woods; and her brothers, Steven, Michael and Joe.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Skramstad; her children, Steve Skramstad (Jill) of Grand Junction, CO, Craig Skramstad (Jackie) of Glenwood Springs, CO and Jennifer Gunnels (Kevin) of Drexel, MO.; and her siblings, Kathy Sannmann (Roli), Ruthanne Parker (Dan), Holly Sperry (John), Scott Woods, Erin Walker (Rick) and Amy Seifert (Matt). She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A dedicated volunteer for organizations like RSVP and St. Mary's Hospital, Julie was always giving back to her community.
