She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Tharp and Anna Tharp; her sister Carolyn Epperson; and her brother-in-law Russell Epperson, Sr.. She is survived by: her nephew Russell Epperson, Jr. (Sherri Epperson); her great-niece Kristi McMichael (William McMichael); and her great-nephew Russell Epperson, III (Jessica Epperson).
