She is survived by: her parents, Cynthia Schneider and Roger Maly (Kristine); her close friend William; her children, Kaden (Cami), Keely Edmunds (Michael), Landon (Melanie) and Alexa Checketts (Stephen); and her brothers, AJ Freeman (Shiela) and Brett Maly (Anna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Stake Center Which Shares.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, to send a contribution to the Hope Lodge of the American Cancer Society; or find a person you have never met, introduce yourself and give them a hug for Darci; or take a hike to the Timpanogos Cave and touch the rock for Darci; or become a Kansas City Chiefs fan and cheer for them to win a Super Bowl this year.
