He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Jerry Rios, Crystal Arnold (Marc), Sabraina Rios and John Lennon Rios (Nanette); and his siblings, Sylvia, Lucy, Josie, Betty, Lisa and Bill. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
