She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl "Buddy" Arnold and Bertha Mae Arnold; her sons, Rodney Allen, Gerald Dean and Tony Allen Wilburn (Kim) of Gladewater, TX; her brother Jimmy Arnold; and her great grandchild Kaylee Wilburn.
She is survived by: her husband Cotton Welk of Shelbyville, TX; her daughter Belinda Thornton (Ronald) of Chalk Hill, TX; and her siblings, Timmy Arnold of Henderson, TX, Joy Brumley of Beaumont, TX and Bessie Mae Stanley of Henderson, TX. She is also survived by 5 grandkids, 6 great grandkids.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the East Texas Funeral Home (6522 McCann Rd, Longview, TX 75605).
