It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yasuko Summa of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Yasuko departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Yasuko may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Yasuko leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadajiro Imoto and Nobue Sakai; her husband Oliver Summa; and her son Bobby Summa. She is survived by: her son Johnny Summa.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Washington Park East (10722 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
