He was predeceased by: his parents, Everard Grant and Thelma Pleasant (Chapman); and his wife Susan Jane Pleasant (Weaver). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Anne Pleasant and Andrew Grant Pleasant (Ashley); his stepgrandchildren, Abbigail Rose Strickland and Andrew Robert Strickland; and his sister Paula Yeska (Robert).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Taeko Loundenback-WinsteadMemorial Gathering Memorial (2950 N High School Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46224). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Crown Hill Cemetery (700 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208).
