She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Lee Essig; and her parents, Delbert Otho Ferguson and Lois Elinor Ferguson (Williams). She is survived by: her daughters, Kaeti Rose Essig and Glenda Ann Wright; her grandson Dalton Lee Essig; and her siblings, Don Ferguson (Mary Beth) and Elizabeth Ann Ferguson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (2905 Carson Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227).
