It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Linda Sue Clancy of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 85, on April 24, 2026. She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Clancy; her parents, John Knapp and Virginia Knapp; and her brother John Knapp. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Clancy, Joe Banayote (Linda), Rob Banayote (Julie) and Michelle Lacluyse (DJ); her stepchildren, Cynthia Hughett (Don), Victoria Goins (Gary), Robert Clancy (Jenny), Kim Smith and Amber Laird (Aaron); and her siblings, Barbara and Dan. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Washington Park East (10722 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at the Washington Park East Cemetery (10722 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229).
