It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack E. Freese of Elizabethtown, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, James W. Freese and Margaret V. Jones Freese; his son Jack E. Freese Jr.; and his siblings, C. Robert Freese, James W. Freese Jr., Richard D. Freese, Charlotte A. Ogilvie and Kathleen Hargrave.
He is survived by : his wife Kate; his son Vincent E. Freese (Kathy) of Louisville; his step-daughter Melanie J. Seipp; his grandson William J. Freese; his step-grandchildren, Jaden A. B. Seipp and Duncan N. F. Seipp; and his sister Nancy S. Freese (Juanita M. McNeely).
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home (1029 Washington St, Columbus, IN 47201).
Memorial contributions may be made to Elizabethtown Christian Church or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
