He is survived by: his wife Chasity Ann Johnston; his mother Mari Lee Worrell; his stepfather Mike Loudermilk; his sister Paige Marie Young; his niece Briana Warriner; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelly Hughes, Timothy Johnston, Seann Johnston, Miranda Johnston and Dustin Johnston; and his grandchildren, Kameron, Kayven, Trinity Hughes, Addlynn, Audrey, Kason, Avery, Kalleigh, Tinzley, Paisley, Viviauna and Zaidah Johnston.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hall-Baker Funeral Home (339 E Main St, Plainfield, IN 46168).
