He was predeceased by: his parents, Watson G. Francis and Edythe Francis (Keel); his brothers, Gary and Larry; and his sister-in-law Irene Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Francis; his sons, Brian Francis (Wendy) of Greenfield and Brandon Francis of Greenfield; his stepchildren, Nick Alford (Stephanie), Mark Billington (Jill), Jeff Billington (Jackie), Chris Billington (Aimee), Scott Billington and Audra Stanfield; his sister Debbie Bryant of Beech Grove; his granddaughters, Macy and Emily Francis; his grandson-in-law Seth Robertson; and his siblings-in-law, Bobbie Cicenas (Donald), Henrietta Fancher, Dick Templin and Buddy Templin (Lori). He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Southside Church of Nazarene (2515 E Thompson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to the Indy Southside Hope Pantry at 2515 E. Thompson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46227, or envelopes will be available at the church.
