He is survived by: his wife Mary Fields (Stumpf); his children, Dawn Fields (Lisa) and Michael Fields (Maggie); his sister Marilyn Helms; his brother-in-law Jerry Bockelman; his grandchildren, Damian Clarkson (Carolanne Specht), Luciana Mae Fields (Kassandra Cain), Aubrey Fields (Brodie Mitchell), Morgan Fields, Dominic Fields, Mathias Fields, Aviana Fields, Hannah Fields and Josiah Fields; and his great grandchildren, Emerson Mitchell and Matthew Clarkson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services (1458 S Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46225). A prayer will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Roch Catholic Church (3600 S Pennsylvania St, Indianapolis, IN 46227).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been suggested to Roncalli High School or St. Roch Catholic School.
