He was predeceased by: his brother Daryl Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Dooley Atkins; his children, Cynthia Teller (James) and Russell Atkins (Michelle) of Mooresville; his grandchildren, Rebekah Swem (Daniel), Elisabeth Teller of Fishers, Michael Teller (Reagan) of Cincinnati, OH, Hannah Beasley (David), Tanner Atkins and Austin Atkins; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Myra Beasley and Oliver Swem; and his brothers, Jim Atkins (Alberta) of Richmond, IN and Alan Atkins (Kim) of San Angelo, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Life Change Church (2528 US 31 S, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
