We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2025, at the age of 83, Richard C. Woolsey of Marion, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Woolsey and Edith Woolsey (Hayes); his son Richard "Alan" Woolsey; and his siblings, Peggy Richardson, David Woolsey and Vicki Turnock.
He is survived by: his son Bill Woolsey of Fishers, IN; his daughter-in-law Leah Woolsey of Marion, IN; his granddaughter Elizabeth Kahn (Chase); his great grandchildren, Harper and Cooper of Marion, IN; his grandchild Tracy Persinger (Tim); his great grandchild Maycee of Marion, IN; and his close friends, Steve Stewart of Marion, IN, Patty Oswalt and Neta O'Brien.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferguson & Glancy Funeral Home (201 W Main St, Hartford City, IN 47348). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to: St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
