We bid farewell to Sherry Barton of Greenfield, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 28, 2025 at the age of 77. Sherry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Laudis L. Jr. Freeman. She is survived by: her mother Marcella Mae Freeman (Miller); her husband Steven Barton of Greenfield; her children, Tammy Stunda (Chris) of Wilkinson, Scott Barton (Jane) of Greenfield and Adam Barton (Julie) of Greenfield; her sisters, Rebecca Freeman (Candy Smith) of Fishers and Deborah Shipp (Kevin) of Fountaintown; her grandchildren, Steven Stunda, Jordan Supan (Jameson), Carly Guion (Chandler), Tom Barton (Callie), Kyle Barton (Mackenzie), Madison Seal (Patrik) and Jacob Barton (Haley); and her great grandchildren, Marcella Stunda, Kaydence Supan, Luka Barton, Eden Seal, Gloriana Guion, Katherine Stunda, Lucy Supan, Tate Seal and Hudson Barton. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
