He was predeceased by: his parents, Everitt B. Billingsley and Ina A. Billingsley (Burlison); and his brother-in-law Frank Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Cherie Billingsley of Witmer Lake; his children, F. Sherman Billingsley, II (Tricia) of LaGrange and Cherie N. "Nicci" Hudson (Graham) of New Palestine; his grandchildren, Franklin Billingsley, III, Samuel Billingsley, Griffin Hudson and Jude Hudson; his siblings, Ruth Billingsley of Wolcottville, Mary Garrett of LaGrange, Rhodene Upchurch (Shelby) of Muncie, Barbara Russo (Paul) of Fallston, Maryland and Everitt Billingsley (Deborah) of Wolcottville; and his cousin Phyllis Barnett of Wolcottville.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Young Family Funeral Home (100 Cemetery St, Wolcottville, IN 46795). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
