He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene Poe and Patricia Louise Poe (Davis); his sister Debra Yates; and his grandchild C. J. Poe-Dowell. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Poe of Mooresville; his children, Robert "Bobby" Poe II (Ashleigh) of Mooresville, Angela Johnson (Jimmie "Jay") of Martinsville and Ashley Poe-Johnson (Todd) of Indianapolis; and his brother Douglas Poe (Julie) of Morgantown. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory (39 E High St, Mooresville, IN 46158). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
